Militia Educational Study
Program:
-Discussion
questions as to "Militia" and Unconstitutional
Socialized Health Care.
Background for study question:
(updated 8/22/2009)
In the event Nationalized Government
Controlled Health Care is enacted, such act would be without
constitutional authorization, as there is no enumerated power
within the U.S. Constitution for such. Town hall meetings have
been taking place wherein representatives ignore the people, and
have even resorted to name calling - e.g., Mobs, etc... . WE
THE PEOPLE realize that once enacted, government controlled health
care will be extremely difficult to remove.
This clear intent to impose this Socialist /
Marxist government controlled health care system violates our
Constitution, our Bill of Rights, the foundational principles
of our Republic, and Declaration of Independence. Such
"legislated" Marxism will force Americans into being
enslaved by a government bureaucracy with respect to the most personal and
critical matters bearing upon their personal medical care
and treatment, their health, and very life itself.
It will further bankrupt the United States not only economically, but will
serve to eviscerated the foundational fabric of our Republic.
Imposing such Marxist / Socialist mandates is surely no less egregious
than subjecting WE THE PEOPLE to the laws of foreign countries, or
subjecting us to the judgments of foreign tribunals,
as the
unlawful mandate of subjugation is itself foreign and repulsive to the
very foundations of our Republic. That the subject of Socialist / Marxist deprivations of our rights as American
citizens bears directly upon our very health and our right to life
itself, magnifies the injustice. It is hard to imagine a more
invasive deprivation and invasion of personal liberty.
The question is not to be taken lightly:
-- if
such a system is forced upon WE THE PEOPLE, then wouldn't such
attempt at Socialist / Marxist enslavement clearly be an act of tyranny and oppression,
justifying civil disobedience by the States, and We THE PEOPLE?
A question of similar import presents
itself: -- if those who pervert our Constitution continue to
ignore WE THE PEOPLE and our peaceful petitions for redress of
grievances in these utmost personal and God given liberties, is it
then obvious that, as a last resort, WE THE PEOPLE, in order to defend our God
given rights against the evils of tyranny and oppression, will be
left with no alternative but to resort to armed resistance and defense?
Questions for Group
Discussion:
1.
Discuss, compare and contrast the above matters with the causes of
the American Revolution. What are the similarities? What are the
differences?
2. What role, if any, should the Individual States take part
in civil disobedience to the above matters? How?
3. What role, if any, should Individual Americans take
part in civil disobedience to the above matters? How?
4. In the event doctors and medical providers seek to
provide medical care to patients in "violation" of the Nationalized Government
Controlled Health Care system, what will Doctors and medical providers do
when they are prosecuted; their licenses threatened
with revocation; and/or their offices and medical supplies and
equipment seized by armed federal agents? What will American Citizens deprived of medical
care and their liberty do?
5. What role, if any, should armed citizens,
armed doctors, armed patients, armed nurses etc..., take in the
above matter (not to force administration of medical care by
providers, but as a defense by doctors, nurses and citizen
patients against government attempts to prevent the rendering of
proper health care as determined by doctors)? For example,
your mother (age 70) has been determined by government regulators
to be to "old" for the required medical care and will
die without treatment. How would this role be undertaken?
6. If the Militia of the Several States were revitalized,
what role, if any, would they / should they take? How?
NOTE: The purpose of the above questions
is for educational purposes to facilitate discussion and research
on matters relating to the U.S. Declaration of Independence, U.S.
Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. There is NO INTENT FOR
VIOLENCE, but merely to raise important questions for educational
and study purposes.
